We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay when your order is delivered. No advance payment is required.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, before it ships. Contact us with your order number. Since no payment has been made, there is nothing to refund.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days and shipping takes 4 to 6 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.

The order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. Every order includes a tracking number.
What if I am not available when my package arrives?
Because you pay at delivery, please make sure someone is available to receive the package and pay. If delivery cannot be completed, the package returns to us and your order is cancelled.
