Payment Method
Floranza accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay when your order is delivered. No advance payment is required.

How Payment Works
- Place your order at Floranza.shop and select Cash on Delivery at checkout.
- We process your order within 1 to 2 business days and ship it with FedEx or DHL.
- We email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
- Pay the order total when your package arrives.
What You Pay
You pay the total shown at checkout. Shipping is free on every order.
Before Delivery
Please enter a correct delivery address and a phone number you can answer, and make sure someone is available to receive the package and pay.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, before it ships. Contact us with your order number. Since no payment has been made, there is nothing to refund.
Refused or Undelivered Orders
If you refuse a package or delivery cannot be completed, the package returns to us and your order is cancelled.
Refunds
Because orders are paid in cash, refunds are not sent to a card. After a return is received and approved, you can choose a bank transfer or store credit. Your refund is issued within 7 days.
