Using Our Website
You agree to use Floranza.shop only for lawful purposes and to give us accurate information when you order. You may not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it to place false or fraudulent orders.
Products
We sell garden and plant care products, including plant supports, watering products, planters and pots, and garden tools. We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in appearance may occur. If you have a question about a product, contact us before ordering.
Product Use and Safety
Some products, such as pruning shears and garden tools, have sharp or pointed parts. Please read any instructions that come with your product and use it carefully and for its intended purpose. Keep sharp tools out of reach of children. Floranza is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse of a product.
Prices
All prices are shown in US dollars ($). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Shipping is free. We may change our prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order you have already placed. If we find a pricing error on an order, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.
Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details. This confirmation means we received your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your delivery address or contact details, or if we suspect fraud or a mistake. If we cancel an order, no payment is collected.
Payment
Floranza accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the order total when your order is delivered, and no advance payment is required. Please see our Payment Policy for details.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders with FedEx and DHL and include a tracking number with every order. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days and shipping takes 4 to 6 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delivery can be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or an incorrect address. You are responsible for entering a correct delivery address and a working phone number, and for having someone available to receive the package and pay. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free. Refunds are issued by bank transfer or store credit within 7 days after we receive and approve your return. You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, before it ships. These rules are explained in full in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The Floranza name, logo, product photos, text, and other content on Floranza.shop belong to Floranza or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-Party Links
Our website may link to other websites, including our YouTube and Pinterest pages. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
We work to keep Floranza.shop accurate and available, but we do not promise that the website will always be free of errors or interruptions. Our products are intended for general home and garden use. We do not guarantee any specific growing results from using them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Floranza is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited.
